1 month agoThe marina at Lake Ray Roberts has sustained major damage after a large tornado impacted the area around 11:00pm. A nearby RV park has also sustained major damage with reports of people trapped.

1 month agoHere is a photo of the major damage to buildings at I35 and Lone Oak Road between Valley View and Sanger. Several injuries have been reported. EMS Triage is underway. Ambulances from across Denton and Cooke counties have been sent to the scene.

A confirmed large and dangerous tornado is currently on the ground south of Valley View and will be moving eastward towards Lake Ray Roberts. Residents in far south Cooke County and far north Denton County need to SEEK SHELTER.
