HCSO received a bomb threat today at 8:54 a.m. in the Harris County Jail located at 1200 Baker St. @houstonpolice, HCSO Bomb Squad, explosive-detection K9s, and SWAT are sweeping the building at this time. There is no threat to the community.
11 month agoMarques Kelvin Potts was arrested yesterday (August 1) and was booked into the Harris County Jail. Marques Kelvin Potts, 58, is charged with murder for the fatal stabbing of a woman at 2424 Sakowitz Street on Saturday (July 29).

11 month agoWanted: Help us locate fugitive Braden Findley. On July 31, deputies responded to the 2300 block of Wigmaker Dr in reference to a Terroristic Threat call for service. Deputies took Findley into custody for Felony Violation of a Protective Order/Retaliation and transported him
To the Clay Rd Substation at 16715 Clay Rd. When the deputy went to escort the suspect into the substation, the suspect removed his handcuffs and fled on foot. He is still wanted There is no threat to the public
