1 year agoStructure Fire 2000 blk West Loop. Crews arrived to find fire coming out a front window. Fire was limited to a single bedroom. No injuries. Cause is under investigation

1 year agoHouston Police:Northeast officers were dispatched to a shooting at the East Freeway and Mercury. Upon arrival they found a male with a gunshot wound and applied a tourniquet. Officers learned the shooting occurred in Jacinto City and turned the shooting over to them

1 year agoPolice are investigating after 3 officers shot and killed a shooting suspect last night. Police say the man matched the description of the person who fired multiple shots on W 6th street, and injured one person.
1 year agoAustin Police responded to a shooting downtown where one victim was shot. APD says the victim has non-life threatening injuries. Within 10 minutes the suspect was located and officers shot the suspect. The suspect later died at the hospital
