3 years agoDistrict 4 CRU observed a vehicle leaving a high crime area in West Harris County. A traffic stop was conducted on the car and the CRU recovered 5 stolen catalytic converters, 2 saws, a stolen handgun, and 4 ski masks. Offenders were taken into custody
