2 year agoTwo FWFD units remain on scene of the 3-alarm apartment fire from earlier this evening. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The electricity was cut to the building thereby affecting all 24 apartment units. 3 units were heavily damaged by fire. 1 resident was treated on scene for very minor injuries. We'd like to thank @ArlingtonTxFire for mutual aid assistance at our stations
90 firefighting personnel & 30 fire apparatuses were on scene to extinguish/contain the fire & ensure all residents made it out safely. Fire was on the 2nd & 3rd floor & spread through the roof. It took 45 minutes for the fire to be declared under control
