3 years agoHouston Police:Downtown, Central and K9 have a suspect in custody 400 Birdsall. Driver of the vehicle was reported driving around downtown pointing a gun at other drivers and shooting in the air. Officers located the vehicle and took the suspect into custody after a short pursuit
