Based on preliminary info, it appears the alleged at-fault driver rear-ended a vehicle. Both parties exited the vehicle and an argument ensued, which escalated into a physical altercation. A 3rd vehicle and possibly others, struck the at-fault driver/pedestrian and remained 1/2@HCSOTexas units responded to a crash at the 6900 blk of Spring Cypress. Both occupants were arguing outside of the vehicle when a 3rd party struck one of the drivers. The driver was confirmed deceased on-scene
