Officers respond to child in dumpster call in downtown. At 10:14pm Fort Worth central division responded to the 200 block of Mills St for a report of a Child inside a dumpster. The caller stated that there was noise coming from a dumpster and that a male said he witnessed a female put a baby in the dumpster and he was attempting to get the child out. When officers arrived they found a male they believed to be hallucinating on some kind of drug. Medstar was cleared in to take the male to a nearby hospital for help. No child was ever located and officers believed it to be a false call.
