Il conduisait une camionnette Ford, qui semble avoir été louée et nous travaillons pour confirmer comment le suspect est entré en possession du véhicule. Un drapeau de l'EI a été retrouvé dans le véhicule et le FBI travaille pour déterminer les associations et affiliations potentielles du sujet avec des organisations terroristes. Des armes et un engin explosif improvisé potentiel ont été retrouvés dans le véhicule du suspect.
